Herve Leger by Max Azria Collection Launch Party

Herve Leger dress (I saw this on the runway and fell in love with it. The Azrias were kind enough to let me pull it and wear it to this party. They are people who I met through work, but who have become like family to me. That is so rare in this business, and I am grateful for their love every day!) YSL grey suede pumps (these shoes are so high, but amazingly easy to walk in!), bangles and earrings by Irit design, ring (unseen) by Julia Cohen for SWITCH (this is my best friend's store, and she is designing the most gorgeous jewelry, which I get to borrow for things like this. Talk about a perk!)

Kimberly Ovitz harness (Kim is one of my favorite designers right now. I have her entire fall line! Her clothes are understated, edgy, and tailored to perfection), Anderson and Lauth tank (I found this brand in Reykjavik Iceland, and fell in love. I brought home some amazing pieces, including these perfectly cut tanks in triplicate!), Helmut Lang pants, YSL pumps.

Premiere of "Star Trek"

The dress is by Herve Leger (what an amazing piece! And the girls and I at BCBG thought it really fit the theme. A little sci-fi, but so fabulous), shoes are also Herve Leger (they produced these shoes for the runway show. They are so intricate and amazing up close. I was terrified something was going to happen to them because there are so few pairs, but we made it through the night without a hitch!) The ring and earrings are Julia Cohen for SWITCH (Julia is just incredible at coming up with new concepts in jewelry, and these pieces are no exception. The ring is so incredible I wear it almost every day, and the earrings are one of the most beautiful pairs I have ever seen! The most amazing thing about them is that they come apart and can be worn in triplicate (like I wore them) or as doubles or single pieces. Amazing.) The clutch is by Calvin Klein. (This bag was a gift to me when CK invited me to attend the CFDA benefit a few years ago. I still use it more than any clutch I own. It is the perfect bag for every outfit.)

Malandrino Show - Fashion Week

This dress is by Catherine Malandrino. I absolutely loved the color when I saw it! It's so reminiscent of old Hollywood glamour. To add to that effect I paired it with vintage jewelry by House of Lavande. This company has, hands down, the most amazing vintage pieces I have ever seen. Each one that I have bought feels like an investment piece. They're timeless, and obviously hold up well! The shoes are my staple YSL pumps.

Art of Elysium 2nd Annual Black Tie Gala

This was an amazing evening to get all done up for. The Art of Elysium is one of my favorite charities. The work they do inspires me, and I am rarely more fulfilled than when I leave one of those hospitals. Monique Lhuillier made this dress for me in white after I fell in love with the red version that a friend of mine wore to an event. I felt incredible in this! It weighs nothing, and moved like a dream. I borrowed so much beautiful jewelry too! Jacob & Co. lent me those exquisite earrings. They were so stunning up close. But at midnight I turned into a pumpkin and back they went!
