Dear Sophia,
This is so neat to see you connect to your fans like this. I'm not the best writer and it is a long story to explain. I'm a slow learner than most people (something with my brain). Don't feel sorry for me, because I fit in and am learning how to work with my disability.
I wanted to tell you if I ever had a movie or something written about me, I would want you to play my part. :) I love your work and I think you would be a easy person to work with.
Sad to know One Tree Hill can be coming to a end. You are the reason why I watch this show. I wish I could have the talent to become a actress like you. I would hate the spot light. :) I would probably hit the paps or something.
I love sports and that is the field am going into.
I haven't had the chance to meet you. That's okay, because I get to see you on OTH and hopefully new movies will come out soon.

Sophia,
I'm new to the site, but a longtime fan and a dedicated OTH junkie since the beginning. I wanted to congratulate you on your decision to run a half marathon. I did the same thing for the first time almost 4 years ago and it was an amazing experience, although at the start I was much like you a little overwhelmed by the distance. But as long as you train properly it is really a fun reasonable distance. Since then I've run 6 half marathons and now I've decided to take the leap and I will be running my first full marathon on August 22. Its another crazy journey but i'm excited to give it a try.
So good luck with your training, i'm looking forward to reading about your journey into distance running start to finish. You will do achieve the distance and raise money for a wonderful cause! Keep up the amazing work! -

Sophia! Was just wondering if you could post some of your favorite things to do in Wilmington! My husband and I are visiting there at the end of October but unsure about all MUST SEES/EATS/DO'S of the town. Figured you would be the ultimate tour guide! :) -

Sofia you are an amazing person. You do so many things for others, when you do not have to. I live in Mobile and go to the gulf frequently. It means so much to me and all of us here at the gulf that you are, even with your asthma, running in the marathon for the gulf. It is so hard to see the oil and tar balls everywhere on the beaches and we are so ready to get rid of them and you and everyone participating are doing heir part to help us! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! -

You are an inspiration! Because of you I will be getting this great idea in how to help homeless and battered women up and in running. Do you have any suggestions in how to get funded and put word out there? -

Sophia,
You and I met about 3 or 4 years ago in Frisco TX, and I got to speak to you at a meet and greet. And you were so sweet, and the one thing we mostly talked about was how everyone is beautiful to someone. Those words really truly did speak to me and you made me feel better. You said some days you feel like a foot yet people would still think you looked good, and i thought well yeah, but you made me know that everyone even some that pretty has bad days that they feel ugly. I want to thank you and thank you for posting about this store. I do not shop there but i have friends that do and i know once i tell them this they will stop. Thanks again.

Hey Sophia,
I just wanted to say thank you for your response to the Urban Outfitters situation. I am a 22 year old nursing student who has been overweight for many years. I have been called pretty much every "fat girl" name in the book at one time or another, and being told to "Eat Less" doesn't really help much. As much as that hurts, it makes me feel a whole lot better knowing that there is someone on my side, rooting for girls like me to have and keep what little self esteem we have, and who will put themselves out there to stop people from trying to make us feel worse. I LOVE One Tree Hill and was lucky enough to meet you last year outside of Clothes Over Bros. I thought you were incredibly sweet and nice to take pics and sign autographs with the 100+ fans outside. Now, however, not only am I a huge fan of yours professionally, but I feel so grateful to know someone like you exists.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
Jillian -

Hey Sophia,
I'm new to your site and I just wanted to send you a quick message. While you and I have differing opinions on a lot of things, I think it's great that you have such strong beliefs and that you stand up for them; and as far as I can tell, you do it in a respectful manner. I think our country would do well to have more people like that. I wish everyone (politicians, celebrities, "average joes," etc) would strive for that type of behavior! Thank you for being inspiring in that regard.
It's awesome that you're doing a half marathon for the Gulf, and it's incredible that you've made so much progress in your fitness so fast! I'll be praying that your asthma leaves you alone! I'd also like to suggest listening to Eye of the Tiger while running. It was always a huge motivator for me when I ran in High School and College. Of course, I'm a big fan of the Rocky movies, so that helped in it's motivation for me. :) Best of luck with your training!!
Also, I can't wait for September! I'm anxiously awaiting new episodes of OTH! :) -

Sophia,
When I read the letter you wrote to Urban Outfitters, it really touched me. You have such a big heart and it really showed in that letter just how much you truly care about other people. Being a teenage girl, the pressure to be thin is extremely frustrating and hard to deal with at times. Reading your letter made me cry. Although I am not dealing with anorexia but I have friends who are and it is definitely not a joke. I had always been a fan of yours but after reading your posts on this blog, I realize what a truly kind and beautiful person you are. It's so great to see someone who cares so much in a world full of people who couldn't care less. You have truly inspired me to help others and to become a better person and for that I cannot thank you enough.

Hey Sophia, I'mLily and I'm a pro-ana (thus my screen name). Before I start talking about that issue I wanted to say that I admire you a lot for you the talent you have on One Tree Hill and for your wonderful personality. I want to be an actress, actually drama might be the only reason why I'm still sane. If I ever get to play in a movie and if i ever get to choose who i work with i will, without a second thought ask to play with you because I have a lot of respect for you as and artist and as a person.
I've already said that I was a pro-ana and that is because of all the girls we see on magazines and on TV, I'm not anorexic because I chose to control the way I eat and it wasn't caused by psychological problems of any sorts. but now I find myself in a hell I wish no one in. I count everything I eat, and I feel ashamed whenever i 'pig-out' or eat more then like 400 kcals/day and I 've been a P-A for only 2 years. Knowing what it's like to be there I find disgusting to promote that because it's hard to get out of it. I would wear a shirt like that, it's actualy what's goes thru but knowing that this is pushing girls who are at the border of anorexia to a life full of self-consciousness and sadness. I don't wish that for anyone.
'anti-ana' sites make us feel like it us against the world. You fight the problem at its source: publicity without treating us like parasite and I really appreciate it. It make me feel like I dont see evil where it isnt (in the mags)

Hey Sophia!
I just wanted to write this note to tell you how much I love your work on One Tree Hill and everything else you do! You inspire me to be a better person and to have confidence in myself. It is great for girls in their teens and early 20s to have a role model that is like you. Anyways I am looking forward to One Tree Hill this season, I have never missed an episode!
Keep up the great work!

Sophia I want to say you are so well written and I hope one day (if you haven't already) you will write a book or a memoir or something to share with the world. You have a wonderful way with words and telling a story. You make me want to come back and read more. You are a very inspiring person and thank you for taking your stardom and turing it into something so great. Getting the "Little Voices" to listen and speak is amazing. I understand it was difficult for you to open up to the world but from that, amazing things have happened and will continue to happen. You should write a children's book about the "Little Voices" that could, will, and have...
I wish you the best of luck in November you have achieved great strides in a week. Going from 1 to 2 to 3 miles in less then a week is amazing. I Believe, You Believe, We Believe. Go get 'em! Find the Eye of The Tiger!!! LOL
Take care and don't push too hard to fast. You can do it!
Thank you for sharing, caring, and all that you do!

Hey Sophia :) I just want to say thank you for being who you are. You're a great role model and I'm sure you have inspired so many people just like you have with me. I'm glad you're using your celebrity status to get us to donate to charities. You're showing us that we can all make a difference in the world. Anyone that knows me knows that I'm so amazed by you and you have made me a better person. Please keep on doing what you're doing because you are slowly changing the world and so many of us look up to you. SO THANK YOU. -

Hey Sophia! :) I just wanted to say how much I love your blog and how happy I am to see that my favourite actress stands up against anorexia and the promote of it. I am trying to recover from my eating disorder and although it is not easy, I find little things as your blog really motivating. I know life is worth it, I just need to remember that more often. Thanks for trying to save the world. Thanks for being the amazing person you are.

When One Tree Hill first started I totally missed out on the hype surrounding it as I was so into The OC and it was only when I became bored of The OC (through no fault of the show itself, more so due to the fact that I watched it way to much!) that my sister persuaded me to watch OTH.
When you play B. Davis you play her for people like me who need that little bit of hope or that little bit of drive to overcome difficulties we are faced with sometimes on a daily basis. Let’s face it, Brooke has been through a fair share of difficulties herself but has managed to feel the hurt, the anger and the pain whilst not allowing it to make her into a bitter person (I am purposely NOT thinking about the whole mugging incident at C.O.B).
You are an inspiration. I am switching things off as soon as I am done using them, I am refusing plastic bags in stores instead opting to use my own bags, I never ever chuck anything in a bin unless I know what it will be recycled if possible and I am not chucking anything on the floor EVER! I am also organising a fundraiser to help the people of the Gulf and have joined your team on Crowdrise. This probably does not even sound like a huge deal, but it is to me as I would not have done any of the above (apart from the litter dropping) if it was not for you.
Keep doing what your doing because it so matters. It matters to you, to your fans, to the environment and to me.
Love always,
Priya -

Hi Sophia, i wanted to thank you for all the great work you're doing supporting all these charities and also for the fact that the character you so amazingly portray on One Tree Hill has inspired me to fight for what I want and to not let others make me do things i don't feel right doing. You've inspired me so much and brought so much happiness and hope to me, you should be so proud of yourself for everything good you do. I've always dreamed of going to school in the US and OTH has definitely given me the confidence i needed to pursue my dream; once I faced my fears of failing, I got accepted to an exchange program - and your post on running the half-marathon really inspired me to keep on fighting! Good luck with the race, I'm sure you'll make it all the way! :) Also, thank you for spreading awareness about the Gulf because I live in France and honestly if it weren't through your posts I probably wouldn't know much about it, nor care for the cause (I guess knowledge really is power huh)...
Keep on making this world a better place, you're doing an amazing job at it!
Lots of love, Charlotte
