Sophia plays the irresistible Brooke Davis in this teen television drama airing on The CW. The character of Brooke was originally a scheming vixen, but over six seasons has evolved to become the heart of this series.
"One Tree Hill" follows the lives of a group of high school kids who often battled each other in school, but eventually became the closest of friends. The first four seasons were set in high school, in the fictional town of Tree Hill. Basketball was of supreme importance as half brothers Nathan and Lucas Scott often fought to prove themselves. They battled over player status, Brooke's best friend Peyton Sawyer, and the love of their father. Brooke Davis was the worldly, popular girl, the head cheerleader, and who, along with Peyton, loved to watch the boys clash.
In the last two seasons, the series has jumped ahead four years to explore the journey of these beloved characters as adults. Brooke Davis is now a famous fashion designer with seemingly everything she could possibly want. But Brooke is learning that success doesn't necessarily equal happiness, and that being an adult is not as easy as she'd once imagined. "One Tree Hill" was created by Mark Schwahn and is executive produced by Schwahn, Joe Davola, Greg Prange, Mike Tollin and Brian Robbins. The series is a Mastermind Laboratories and Tollin/Robbins Production in association with Warner Bros. Television.
Seasons 1 – 5 are available on DVD. “One Tree Hill” returns September 14th on The CW.
